Most samples are free except sable, special animal hair.
OEM brush take 10-15 days, normal brush around a week.
Customer provide express account or pay freight by PayPal.
Make the sample again to send or refund to customer after the discussion.
Payment Term:
USD dollars.
Under $5000, full payment before manufacture, otherwise 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery.
Order Flow:
We accept QC department, will assist QC to check product quality.
Mass production
1.Confirm pre-production sample and packing details
2.Regular inspection during every step to control quality
3.Offer final inspection report for approval before shipping
After shipping:
1.Confirm details with shipping agent and provide custom clearance document
2.Remind that delivery date while goods close to port
3.Offer feedback sheet to get comments and sales status for better service next time.
